Hilary Mandzik, PsyD, PMH-C
My practice is devoted to helping young families thrive. Whether you're struggling to get pregnant, wading through the agony of pregnancy loss, having a difficult adjustment to new parenthood, or needing help managing your child's behavior or difficult feelings, I can help! I've got fifteen years of experience working in clinical settings with children and families, and becoming a mother was such a powerful -- and challenging! -- life transition that I've expanded my work to include help for parents and have become certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). I support young families through therapy (for both parents and children!), parenting consultations and workshops, and support groups. You don't have to keep struggling; let's talk about how I can help. You can book a free 15-minute phone consultation through my website, www.hilarymandzik.com, and we can figure out if working together is the right fit for your needs. I look forward to hearing from you!

My office is located on the second floor of the large, white building with the PNC Bank on the first floor. Park in the parking deck around back (which is free), take the elevator to the second floor, and check in at the reception desk immediately to your right (through the doorway) when you exit the elevator.
- I know how hard it can be to schedule things for yourself as a new parent. To help you get your needs met while caring for your baby or children, I offer several options to help you fit therapy into your life. No child care? No worries! Bring baby along; I've got a pack and play and toys, and babies are always welcome. I also offer in-home sessions, online therapy throughout North Carolina and Virginia, and walk-and-talk sessions. Whatever your needs, we'll make it work!
