Cara provides individual, family and group therapy to those needing help with issues such as grief and loss, anxiety, depression, parenting, and trauma. Cara facilitates support groups for moms of crawlers and walkers who continue to cope with post partum depression/anxiety. She also facilitates a group for parents who have had babies in the NICU. This groups gives parents a chance to meet others and start to process the trauma that can occur when a baby is admitted the NICU. Cara enjoys supporting families who are coping with stress and trauma such as divorce, grief/loss, surviving narcissistic relationships and gaslighting, and navigating the ins and outs of family life. Cara has been trained in perinatal mental health and early childhood and family mental health. She is also trained in EMDR and helps people heal from trauma.
