Meghan Coltrane, LCMHC, LCAS, PMH-C

Many women who've survived trauma (sexual, physical, or emotional) experience fear, anxiety, difficulty feeling safe in their bodies and trusting themselves. Pregnancy can bring these issues to the forefront in a big way. I provide a safe space in my counseling office where you can feel free to talk through what you're feeling and experiencing, without judgment. I enjoy helping women navigate not only the process of pregnancy and postpartum, but of finding their purpose, using their gifts, and living a meaningful life. I believe that all of this is possible, even after trauma.
