Merritt Juliano JD LCSW

My approach is rooted in ecological or life model theory which is eclectic and pulls together various clinical schools of thought including theories of ecology, systems, stress management, psychodynamic (self, interpersonal and relational), as well as behavioral and cognitive therapies. The conceptual framework of ecological theory focuses on the interaction and interdependence of people and environments. I utilize various modalities in my work including, but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mentalization-based therapy (MBT), and mindfulness-based stress reduction.
