Sharon Itkoff Nacache, MPS, ATR-BC, LCAT

About

My psychotherapy approach is grounded in principles of mindfulness, humanism, and the healing power of the creative process. I have 10 years of clinical experience working with an array of at-risk/under-served child and adult populations, including those struggling with substance use disorders, emotional and/or behavioral disturbances related to mood disorders, chronic illness, histories of trauma, and adjustment issues around life transitions such as new parenthood. I now have a special focus in serving a perinatal population, and am passionate about providing support for those in personal and professional caretaking roles. I enjoy wearing many hats--including that of clinician, supervisor, consultant/contractor, artist, educator, workshop facilitator, program manager, and most importantly, mother.
