Victoria Gonzalez, Ph.D.
Parenting can create some of life’s most joyous moments and yet, it can also be extremely challenging; many parents experience guilt in admitting the existence of the hardships associated with raising children. In addition, the road to becoming a parent is often not what one may have have hoped for or imagined. Issues related to infertility, loss, relationship changes, and general transition can lead to many unresolved feelings including: isolation, anxiety, and insecurity. In my private practice, I focus on helping mothers overcome and face these issues. By focusing on maternal mental health, and the journey of motherhood, I am able to offer support and strategies specifically for mothers and those hoping to become mothers. Over the past 15 years, I have worked in multiple therapeutic capacities, providing services to mothers and children. In my practice, I aim to help my clients feel whole, connected, and grounded. The road of motherhood is trying but beautiful and I am here to help you navigate it.
